Returns and Exchange Policy:
Items that are labeled, personalized, or customized in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for the return (shipping costs) of Camp Echo Uniform T-Shirts (White, Grey and Blue).
You can return or exchange all other unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within seven days of receipt. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after this time period.
Returns and Exchange Process:
Please email our customer service department to start the return or exchange process. During the exchange process a new order will be placed for your new items and full charges for the items and shipping will be applied. We will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed label to ship back the return or exchange items.
If you are returning Camp Echo Uniform T-Shirts (White, Grey or Blue) along with other items - The Echo Shop will provide a return label ONLY for the non-T-Shirt items. Please double-check sizes and size charts before purchasing T-Shirts.
If possible, please place these items in their original packaging. Make sure to affix the shipping label to your package. You can then drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
The shipping label must be used within three days of its creation. After that we will not be responsible to provide you with a new label and you must provide your own form of shipment. Unfortunately, we can not provide prepaid labels for international orders.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please call us and we will help you return or exchange this item. 201.492.5339.
Orders are processed by our online store and fulfillment center. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Orders placed between January 1st - February 25th may have a 4-6 week turn-around time.
Orders placed after May 25th will be shipped directly to camp. Please remember, items do not come labeled. Since orders placed after June 12th are so close to camp, we recommend ordering your labels from Label Daddy immediately. Labels will be shipped to camp as well.
August Campers: If you are an August camper purchasing clothing after June 12th you will need to reply to your confirmation email if you want your items shipped directly to camp or to your home. All orders placed after July 16th will be shipped to camp.
When Items Are Out of Stock: Orders will be processed (even if an item is out of stock) and your order will not be held up by any given item not currently in stock. Once filled, it will be mailed to you by our fulfillment center.
HOLIDAY ORDERING: Orders placed between December 21st and January 5th will take 2-4 weeks for processing.
All items that include customization are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure to check over your order confirmation for any spelling or other input mistakes, as we cannot make any changes to customized items after processing your order.
We are also unable to add any customization to an item after your order has been processed. We will not take any items that have been shipped back for additional customization as well. Customized items will ship separately from the rest of your order and may come in multiple shipments.
Custom orders, such as jerseys are sent to the printer on the 1st of each month and ship within 2-3 weeks.
All items sent to camp must be labeled!
Discount will be applied during checkout.
Customer Service representatives will be available by phone and email communication Monday through Friday from 9-5 PM. Your email will be answered the next business day.
The Camp Store customer service representatives may/may not be available during bank/federal holidays.
